Following Jayanta Sir"s Book since my college days, and it's around 20 years I am following his instructions for Yoga and Pranyam. Best Teacher!! Pranaam.
Very nice place. The teachers are very polite and patient. BYC is the best place to learn and practice Yoga in Burdwan.
