It's a nice gym with affordable price. Trainers' and the staffs' are too good also the gym members are friendly and helpful. Without any personal trainer you can get the same guidence which will help you to reach your goal. Both the diet and workcharts are given by the authority. I would warmly insist to join this gym for your betterment.

This is undoubtedly the best and probably also most reasonable gym in this area! Very nice gym ambience. Trainer and all the members of gym are very helpful and very nice behaviour. All the equipments are well serviced. For the price, the gym offers excellent value. The membership includes access to a wide variety of equipment, fitness classes, and personal training options. Compared to other gyms I’ve tried, this one definitely delivers the most for what you pay. One of the things I appreciate most is how clean and organized the gym is. The equipment is modern and in great condition, and the locker rooms and showers are always spotless. It’s clear that the management takes pride in maintaining a high standard.

I am an ex-member of Don Baithak Gym, I have been working out there for 1 year, I have no problem with the gym, the gym is perfect at an affordable price ❤️. I have a problem or complaint with the owners and their rules & policies. I'm a stage bodybuilding athlete and posing practice is mandatory for bodybuilding, if you know! When I first joined they said yes you can pose shirtless when the girls are not on the floor! After a few months the rules and policies changed, the owner said you can't pose shirtless even if there are no girls. and many more rules blah blah! Now I understand that when the gym first opened, the number of gym members was small, so they behaved properly, and now when the gym's membership is growing, they are adding more policies, rules, etc. And if you help or guide new gym members who can't afford personal training, then they (gym) make a complaint against you! A gym never grows without old gym members, because new gym goers are inspired by old supportive gym members. This is why I am not renewing my membership. I hope I made my point clear.

After joining here, I have considerably improved my health. Equipments here are good and you get lot of options. ... People are cordial, very helpful.
