I did happiness course on this art of living centre in banswara. This course was taken by dharmendra sir. This is an amazing course. I'll recommend it to everyone. There are many courses offered on this center. I go for follow up every sunday. I even attended the yoga class here, and i must say this is the best yoga class i have ever attended. Just visit this place and enquire about the courses.
