I have been a student here for many years. I can honestly say that the centre has changed my life. I have a medical condition affecting my breathing. I joined at a time when I would get breathless even with few steps. I believed that I would not be able to do any exercise. The teachers were so thoughtful. They started with gentle breathing exercises and instilled me in confidence that made me progress to advanced stages. I still have the medical condition but I control it and I do not let it control me and it is all because of the excellent teachers at the centre

It was really nice to see how you genuinely enjoy teaching and the pleasure. Very Hygienic and clean. Meditation classes are very good. We got a lot of Health Benefits.
