Have been a part of the online sessions and these yoga classes have come at exactly the right time in my life, especially as professional obligations have required me to elevate my well-being in order to keep up with growing expectations—and life in general. Simran understands individual needs deeply and designs her curriculum in an intuitive way that simply works. I can already see the difference these sessions have made in how I handle day-to-day situations, no matter how challenging. I wish her the very best and hope she continues to make a difference in the lives of countless others who need it. And let’s be honest—we all need it.
