Sankalpa Yoga

I have been suffering from osteoarthritis since two years. In the mean time I have joined this ,sankalpa yoga,Institution just one month ago. Now I have noticed the changes and improvement of my body. I am totally satisfied with this.

Recently I have joined Sankalpa Yoga and the feeling is mesmerizing, I feel really rejuvenated and mentally uplifted after attending the class . The mentors are too good, they help in every step to make it perfect . Those looking for a perfect yoga center should give it a try , highly recommended .

Choosing sankalpa yoga is the best decision I have ever made , after one month of practice lots of my problems are reduced and teachers are very friendly. I think it is the best yoga center in the city . Highly recommended.

I am started yoga from June this year. As a beginner, i am enjoying classes very much and the way of teaching yoga is quite impressive and in a effective way.

Woderful experience.Though Samrin is younger to me but she maintains superb personality and punctuality in class which I most.I feel quite fit within one month.I also able to overcome my depression regarding my father's death with practicing yoga.other mentors are also friendly,helpful and trained.I hope honestly her success beside us.highly recommend.Thank you sister (Samrin)

Amazing yoga class! The atmosphere is so calming. I feel rejuvenated and centered. The instructor's guidance is spot-on. The meditation and pranayam sessions are phenomenal. Highly recommend!
