Vikas sir is a very experienced yoga instructor and the best part of this class is that along with yoga, there are also pranayama like meditation, bhastrika pranayama, Anulom Vilom, and shavasana. Within one month I had lost 7 kg. So i strongly recommended everyone that you also join this class and experience this.
