I feel very positive and mentally relaxed from the time I have joined harmony yoga classes. Komal Mam and Uppal Sir are very humble, professional and supportive. They give lots of tips and helpful advice regarding health issues. Place is also very good and comfortable. If anyone wants to practice yoga.....just come here since everyone deserve the best⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

During my visit to India I got a chance to have a customized session of yoga with Mr LS Uppal who is a facilitator of Harmony Yoga Group. It was a session of asanas with understanding. Really I had a wonderful experience but also have a regret that I couldn’t go to attend their live class sessions. But I hope many more people should go and join them.
