I joined MSR gym when it was launched…but then I quit ….coming back here after couple of years, it feels so good to see a trainer who was there way back still here today….i feel this speaks volumes about how great the place is and also the work environment among all the trainers and staff….their positive attitude rubs off to one and all…such good vibe itself is great for motivation…. The equipments are world class and so are the trainers and the staff….trainers are ever present, polite, helpful, and friendly…the same can be said of the staff…their genuine smiling faces are such a welcome sight for anyone….on a scale of 1 to 10, I’d definitely give MSR gym a 12

As a first timer at a gym, i was really nervous on the first day. However, the experience is totally different after completing one month of going to this gym. The traniers and all the other employees were very professional and kind. I can say that I have also found many good friends here
