This yoga class has been such a vibe! The teacher pushes me just the right amount — not to kill me, but definitely to remind me that my body can do way more than I thought. My flexibility has improved and even my mind feels calmer, lighter and happier.
I have joined param yoga studio recently and within 10 days I am feeling lot of positive change in mind, body and focus. Whether it is asanas or pranayam Priya mam teaches it very patiently and nicely. She encourage the students a lot to involve yoga in daily life apart from studio and teach benefits of asanas also. As a housewife, it is very hard to manage everything so I thought of doing yoga and out of all the classes I tried , the most convenient one was Param Yoga Studio. Here, we learn with ease and patiently. I have learnt so much from our teacher there in the past few months I have joined this. She always is patient and very easy to work with. Regular practice of yoga given here has highly affected my lifestyle. The atmosphere and people around me feel very homely, so we are always comfortable.
