I have been with the owner of Aasharay Yoga hub Mrs. Rita Pandya Jani mam from past 3 years even before the centre was open by taking personal coaching from her. Initially with her guidance and her proper knowledge of Yog she helped me cure many problems like Diabetes, Thyroid, Asthama, Colestrol and Piles. The reduction in weight is very slow yet too much effective. With her immense knowledge I have taken her personal coaching as well with online classes. She knows how to deal with health issues and provides proper way to maintain ur love for Yog. If you really want to get better life and style to live one must visit her centre or even take online classes. You won't feel any difference whether you go offline or online(if u can't reach her in her city). I have had experience of both. She is a perfect person to help you.

Amazing experience with our yoga master Ms. Rita, I had ankle pain for atleast 3 months and visited so many doctors , but no one can help to get rid of it. After visiting aashashray yoga, within 1 week the pain gone and body feels completely energetic and full of life. The trainer are having deep knowledge of aasanas and its effects.
