I recently joined the yoga space and was impressed by the atmosphere and amenities provided . The space is thoughtfully designed offering a calm and inviting environment that immediately support relaxation and focus . Soft lighting , clean floors and well maintained equipment contribute to a peaceful ambiance that enhances the overall practice .

I joined the yoga space before some days ..i must say here i got to know the actual meaning of yoga ..they r nt only teaching about yoga poses ..they r doing the work on overall health and muscle strengthening....This is the only place in abohar where u cn improve ur mental and physical health ..Manik sir is expert in his work ..we r getting the detailed knowledge on yoga from him on every topic ...i m suffering from spine problem now a days so i was searching about a expert coach and i must say tht manik sir is a perfect coach who is too much dedicated to his students so i want to recommend everyone to join yoga space ..
