Dear Mahima ma'am Thanks a lot for giving me painless day and night. My frozen shoulder got much relief after the therapy but everyday yoga sessions made me 100% fit. Ofcourse the process is slow and we need to have patience but the result is amazing . Now I can rotate my shoulder and able to do the asanas without any discomfort. Under your guidance and if one has a guru lije you then any problem can be solved. Even my knee problem and back problem has vanished only and only through regular yoga sessions. Mahima maam you are an amazing person, the best teacher and no words to express what one feels when you relieve us from pain or stress.
