Before joining this yoga class, I used to feel very lazy and low on energy, and I was also suffering from sciatic nerve pain. After starting yoga here, I can genuinely feel a huge positive difference in my energy levels and overall well-being. I feel refreshed, active, and more positive throughout the entire day. The teacher is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive to individual needs. They carefully customized the yoga poses based on my sciatic nerve issue, which made the sessions both safe and highly effective for me. This personal guidance gave me a lot of confidence and comfort while practicing. The environment is calm, peaceful, and filled with positive energy, making it a perfect place to learn and practice yoga. I started YOGA class @ Vangmay Center in the initial session it was little bit difficult for the posters to practice master Krishna ji teach in very simplified steps to make correct posters is very comfortable for the beginners. The session was perfectly balanced—a mix of gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and strength-building poses. I especially appreciated the poster befits and explanations is super good.thanks for making me comfortable.
Short: Flexible practice hours, Variation in practice, Reasonable price compared with other Detailed: I have been practicing yoga here for the past two months. They offer five days a week and three days a week option. Five days they teach different methods. It will be an one hour session. Before joining I used to think, yoga means sitting in one posture how that can improve fitness. While practicing I got to understand, in each pose, we focus on a specific body part to strengthen. One thing I liked about Vangmay Yoga centre is that I can go for practice in the morning or evening, they don't put any restrictions. The way they teach and explain the use of Asanas is good. If I am doing practice the wrong way, they correct it frequently. They give freedom to do as much as I can, at the same time motivates me to do more. Not just Asanas they also teach different types of Pranayamas. The price they charge is also reasonable compared with others (1750 per month for 5 days week option). If you are planning to start doing yoga and don't have any idea about it It is a good place to start with.
