I had a very poor experience with Unique Academy, Pala. I contacted their Instagram page regarding IELTS coaching, and they provided me with a WhatsApp number under the name Xavior Manuel. I messaged him to ask about IELTS coaching (both online and offline), class duration, and fees. However, he only mentioned the fees and did not give any detailed information about the classes or study materials. Instead, he started asking for my address. Later, he called me and claimed that the name and address I gave were fake. I told him that was my only address, but he insisted I was lying and even said making calls like this was "cyber crime." He also attempted to video call me, which I did not answer. I asked him why he was video calling me and why he was asking for details like my exact address, post office, and house location. As a student genuinely interested in joining IELTS coaching, I found this behavior very unprofessional and unacceptable. I did not expect such treatment from a trainer or academy during a simple enquiry.
