The Fityog Studio

I have no word to share my experience with FitYog studio. I am reviewing after six months of joining. 12 yr ago dealing with slip disc, sciatica and my backbone was straight no curv.i didn't forward bending.But now I am sharing my xray where you can see my backbone curv is showing.before this I tried going to zym but i found yoga is much better, it improve body movement, flexibility and overall control far more effectively.after joining FitYog studios, I have gained confidence in my daily activities. The trainer and yoga guru Mr Vikas Sir excellent and guide you patiently through every session.highly recommended anyone to looking improve mobility, strength and log-term wellness.

One to One attention is best part. You will not do yoga what you see normally in reels or in yoga classes under govt schemes, infact step by step improvement is emphasized. In short 5 star rating. I m having very stiff muscles and getting better day by day. I m writing this review in my third month of joining.

Vikas Sir Is A Prolific Yoga Trainer . As the efforts and dedication that sir put in while conducting the class along with the motivation and push that he gives everyone to do better everyday is incredible.
