They have their own out of the world rules. 1. If you take a gap in your library (even for 1 month) you have to do registration and pay 300 rupees registration fees again. 2. You need to pay 300 Rs as a deposit and forget it. You will never get it back, the authority will have countless reasons to not to return it back to you. 3. If you take a gap in library you have to pay 300 Rs. deposit again. 4. 1200 Rs changes for 1 month excluding 600 Rs for registration and deposit. 5. Too much outside noise. 6. Toilet is common for Men and Women. 7. Unprofessional behavior. Doesn't recommend it.

The library is ran by a trust and they provide a well organized space for dedicated students. Charges are very nominal and even the facilities are not that compromised seeing the charges. One the best space for students to study hard at that price per month.
