Shweta Makeovers Bridal studio & Academy

My experience is worst there ! Non professional staff ! Just show off ! I visited urban phase 2 branch which was my regretful decision for my hairs they just completely destroyed my hairs ! As I was there for my hair treatment, which was completely turned out as a disaster, the hairstylist which I choose was non-experienced and rude. When they were treating my hair, I was keep telling them. I don’t feel good. Whatever you’re doing with my hair, and in between my hair went very weak, and after one treatment, I realise that they destroyed my hair, then again I was saying these things to the stylist that I don’t feel good, he was saying you don’t know anything. So my experience was not good. They only work for Money. They don’t care about quality. Before coming there, I check ratings, and then when I actually visited I don’t recommend to anyone who go for quality as they say they have international things, but as living 15 years in abroad, when I actually visited there, I don’t see any international level quality there!

I visited Shweta Makeovers with my sister for a head massage, and the experience was honestly extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We paid ₹800 each for the massage, and it lasted barely 20 minutes. When I asked why it was so short, the staff casually said, "We only give massage for 20–25 minutes. If you get a spa, you get more time." That made no sense — when someone comes specifically for a massage, you expect proper time and attention, not less! Even after requesting multiple times for a hair wash, we kept waiting. When they finally started, my sister noticed they were completely out of shampoo — the staff was literally adding water to the bottle and shaking it to get a few drops out. This is completely unacceptable for a salon like Shweta Makeovers. Poor service, poor management, and no regard for customers. Definitely not worth the money or time.

I recently got a facial done here, but unfortunately I didn’t see any glow or noticeable improvement in my skin afterward. The service was not very good and felt rushed, with little attention to detail. It was also quite expensive compared to other salons offering similar services. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
