Very disappointing experience We enrolled our child in keyboard classes and continued for nearly two years. After completing the Initial Grade, we received the certificate. However, when the First Grade exam was announced, our child’s name was not included. When we asked the master about this, he behaved very rudely and said that the child does not know anything. This was extremely discouraging and unprofessional. The most disappointing part is that the exam portions were not taught at all, even though fees were paid regularly. The admin behaves well and speaks politely. They informed us earlier (not suddenly) that they would train the child properly for one month and then send her for the exam. After discussion, we decided not to send our child. Overall, our time, effort, and money were wasted. Initially, we were given good hope, but later the experience turned out to be very disappointing. Parents, please be cautious and enroll your children only after ensuring proper teaching and transparency.
