Hello I want to give a special thanks to the Santamonica Kottayam Branch. Especially to the officer in the Visa team who had been assigned to guide me, Anju Ma'am. I'm really greatful and thankful to her. Anju Ma'am had guided me throughout my whole visa process and had cleared all my doubts. She had been very patient with me and encouraged me to have all my questions cleared. It was a very bad experience from one of the staff of santamonica Kottayam. I don't want to mention her name here. Even though she was helpful. At some point she was so rude and not behaving in a proper way. I was looking for Australia. My other visa officer was Reshma K.V. Her support was huge. She helped me a lot and she was so mindful and passionate. She want all her students to be successful. She always pass exact information to me and so supportive. Thankyou Reshma for your support. I will give her 10/10 but for the other lady 0/10. Very poor
