I have taken prenatal yoga classes with Dr. Deepika for almost 4 months now. They have really helped ease my pregnancy journey. Her yoga classes are very well curated and focus on all issues that one experiences during the pregnancy. The couple yoga sessions which are a part of the package really help the father to understand and anticipate what to expect during the delivery. Overall, it is a great experience and would 10/10 recommend it to any expecting mom

I am currently doing yog thru online with Refit Yoga Studio.. Very diligently and actively they make me invlove in all the yog Asanaas! Dr Deepika very minutely watches my every step.. and makes sure i do it properly... she has so much patience.. and is also very experienced. The main part is they practise breathing patterns in all steps.. All in All Refit Yoga is where you will get wholesome experience...

I am currently doing prenatal Yoga with refit studio and having good experience, Deepika mam look after everyone in the batch and suggests what not to do if anything restricted to any person as per his/her information or report. Can safely go with the classes.
