The place where you can remain focused and consistent with study or work routine. The ambiance here is perfect for being focused.But there is an event hall placed above ,that can cause little disturbance once in a while .The library is well managed and always clean making it best place to study and work.I suppose it's working in full capacity for now ,do contact the owners.
