READERS HUB LIBRARY THANE - Reading Room/ Study Room Library

So, I was here for almost 3 months I will honestly give the reviews 1) Most unhygienic washroom , no personal washroom of the library, it's the local one. You will think twice before going to washroom. 2) This library is full of cockroaches and the biggest thing the morning floor cleaner cleans the floor with the WASTED AC WATER.. you will just be surprised.. 3) There is no filter water just a random company 20 litre jar where the insects roam around 4) When you will ask for the napkin or cleaning cloth they will give the worst cloth you will not feel like cleaning 4) The environment and crowd is just you will feel to leave the library. 5) The co-ordinator is useless because if you complain you will never get the solution. I lost my thing I asked for the camera footage because we pay for the service.. He told to contact the owner because he told he didn't even know the full name and the information about the owner 6) The co-ordinator is just for the payment purpose. Because no problem will be resolved. 7) The compartment space is also small I adjusted anyhow These are my honest reviews you will think then why I was there for 3 months , because I paid one time amt to get discount but this library is the worst experience... 8) The owner has never even came to visit how is the library whats the problem. 9) Don't pay for 3 months you will suffer alot Please think many times..... There are many options with similar library fees but with nice facilities 1) shiksha library which is also at thane station 2) In opp shiksha library one more library is there 3)In 10 minutes walking there is Thane Nagar Vachan Mandir 8) Success Study Centre.....

Posting this after 1.5 months ....worst experience ever ! 1.The library is in a basement like place with no single ventilation. 2.There are only two Ac's for such big sitting area which are not working at all ...complained numerous times about it but the owner is a careless person with no concern for students. 3.Gets overcrowded on most of the days and since AC is not working there is unbearable humidity. 5. Corner seats does not have fans and other seats where there are fans they don't work properly...half of them have faulty regulators. 5. zero maintenance.....Waste of money and time .

Review based on 3 months. Pre Diwali. 1. No clean desks, all the corners were covered in dust. 2. The complaint was not entertained at all, the enquiry person does not attend your call. 3. They don't have a special washroom for the library, it is for society, and it is not at all maintained. 4. There were cockroaches roaming all around, Complaint was as usual neglected. Post Diwali 1. No cockroaches, but still no clean desks. 2. Washrooms are not clean. 3. Even the water filling area is not clean. 4. Last but not least, VERY COUPLE FRIENDLY. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. MONEY WASTE

The worst library! Money waste.... Ac's, plugs, fans are not working, meter is burn and there is mosquitoes in the drinking water, coordinator playing politics with the students, cordinator is just seating here and enjoying with the friends. Owner don't have any common sense of talking with the students. Even owner doesn't visit to the library for look into the matters, he doesn't answer to the students calls and if he answered then his launguage is just worst. He gave me only one ans in last 4 months that "Hum apna dekh lenge aap hume mat batao" if you suggest him to repair ac's or talk with the cordinator. They are ready to refund you but they'll not solve students issues. If you are paying to them that means you have to seat here without ac's and library is in the basement so it's very suffocating here! I'll recommend students for not joining this library there are so many libraries with good facilities.

Very Distracting Peoples are always talking in library No clean washroom No rules and regulations Boys and girls used to sit together..which is uncomfortable . U can't move your hand also. More cockroaches and mosquitoes then peoples. No cleanliness....on walls sticked cockroach eggs . No maintainance .

The library is really beautiful. Its greatly airconditioned and widely spacious. Really close by station. Landmarks can be Sir Dr. Ambedkar's statue or Tiktok Plaza. Its a very calm place. The prices are really low in comparison. You can sit with a laptop and peacefully work.

The ambience is calm and peaceful which makes it a perfect environment to focus and concentrate on studies. The chairs are comfy. Moreover, it's economical.
