There is a good atmosphere for having rigorous academic work. I will personally recommend that you should visit at least once a while if you want to get a friendly and competitive environment simultaneously.... It will feel the same thing from inside what it looks like from outside... I would say there are some sort of things which need to be improved but overall "it's great''

Library is good , atmosphere is also cordial but if you are really smart you can accomplish your desired ambition from wherever you are place doesn't matter.
