AC room Review for the Year 2022 & Early 2023 1) Somewhat costlier compared to other studyhalls in RJY but cheaper than GnanaSaraswathi studyroom. However, This price disadvantage is kind of offset by Timing advantage. The Hall is kept opened for almost 24hours. If you're a night owl or Nightimers you can consider it. 2) The cabins are decently spacious but half of the AC room chairs were broken/damaged. 3) Once the ACs were turned off then you would the feel real heat due to insufficient Fans. In the Big AC room which can accommodate nearly 30-35students has only 4 Wall Fans which covers only 3-4students sitting under or near it. 4) Coming to 2nd AC room if you are unable to get a cabin in the Big one then be careful with 2nd room. The reason being There are few losers are sitting in there who proudly say there are senior most to the Studyhall as if it's somekind of a chest thumping achievement what a bunch of s they should feel ashamed of themselves couldn't clear whatever exam they have been preparing for.. (From what I heard there are coming to this studyhall since 3-4years) and they are here to chit-chat & for gossiping and having quarrels with other students who complain about them. They run the room like there adda turning on &off the ACs & Fans on their wish. Many of my friends & other new students have suffered in the preparation. I don't know why management don't react or take action upon these students And also the suggestion/complaint regarding installation of new Fans is given to respective incharge long time ago but the incharge have been changed and the issue never got resolved. 5) From what I heard from some of my friends & others who study in Non AC room. It is quite peaceful and but considering the cost factor (₹900) it's not worth it For mere ₹100 extra you get AC cabins in other studyhalls unless you are Night timer. The timing is only advantage of this Studyroom. Dear Management, if you people are open to feedback then take this as one. Thank you !!!

Study hall is extremely Good , power backup , cctv , Parking lot, very pleasant hall but very poor maintenance By receptionist perform all cheap Cost cutting tricks , it makes things worst here , Always Gives nonsensical answers Instead of providing solutions to issuees. Prices are Very High Compared to Other Study halls In rajahmundry But Those Prices dont match with Maintenance. Management Should Focus on maintenance and transactions whereabouts. Thank you

Seating and cabin are comfortable but very bad atmosphere in the study hall which is not suitable for limited hours study. Noisy doors, group discussions, mobile rings.....etc are very common here. Some students are very careless. Study hall Management not only collects money but also operates AC.

Firstly the AC cooling is not upto the mark. I think proper AC maintenance has not done I guess. Secondly,Once the AC hours are completed, Couldn't stay in AC rooms as there are no ceiling fans at all. Only 4 wall fans are there in such a big AC room ,2 wall fans in other AC room. Bcoz of those Limited fans after AC hours we couldn't study in a better environment. It's been like that from long back. I think it should be taken care by this time atleast. Thirdly chairs are the another problem we are facing. Many of the the present chairs were broken and in damaged condition. Every time we have to look for a good chair from others place and which is little bit embarrassing . Hope the management will look after all these things and resolve the issues as soon as possible.

Nice study room with all facilities like mineral water, CC cameras, AC/ Non AC, WiFi, power socket, clean and hygiene washrooms. Ambience is outstanding and never feel out of focus or disturbed. It offers safe environment so both girls and kids can safely come and study. It is open from morning 6 AM to night 10 PM regardless of sundays or special days. Also nearer to restaurants, refreshment facilities. It is provided with sellar for bike parking. Overall, it justifies the tag line "Randi haayiga chadhuvukundham".

It is a great place to study. Pros: > Seperate place for lunch. > Good cabin. > Mineral drinking water > Good hand wash basin with savlon lotion. > Good management and resolves your issues in a day. > Toilets are clean and there also you can wash hands with Dettol lotion. > Every morning room fresher will be sprayed. > NON AC room is like heaven it is very peaceful and calm with good ventilation (for oxygen) and it is very cheap. I highly recommend non ac room. See ac room once, before join. > Environment is very clean. > Management constantly improving the environment. > cctv cameras are there. Cons: > WiFi slows down and stops sometimes > Sometimes wall paint smell in AC room irretates me. (No paint smell in non AC room). You check before you join the management may resolve issue. Some suggestions for new joining people: > Plastic chairs are better than other chairs (my opinion and as my comfort ). Try them if you don't like the chair the management will sure change it. I have changed to three types of chairs in the span of 2 weeks. Still management happily changed. > Call 10days before you join. Suggestion to management: > Please resolve WiFi issue then, It will be the best place to study. Note : > They may change WiFi issue because they resolve issues faster . You go and ask them about WiFi reliability. > by now wall paint smell went off 80% I strongly believe that it will went off completely in a week.

Wi-Fi speed is high... So You can enjoy IPL matches without any interruption...better Place to study for CA students..
