Shivaay Library is the best study library in Raipur. The environment is very peaceful and perfect for competitive exam preparation like UPSC, SSC, and CGPSC. AC, Wi-Fi, and personal lockers make it very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Library is good and it's in a peaceful place,WiFi, water cooler,locker facility available hai, washroom neat & clean rahta hai, monthly current affairs magzine ,janman Patrika bhi provide karte hain, Hindi and English both newspapers are available, now dark study room available and separate dining area also....if you have any problem aap owner ko bata sakte hain co-operate karte hain,staff ka bhi polite behaviour hai helping nature hai....you can definitely join ☺️

Library bahut accha h " self study ka sufficient space hai"and the best part is very clean and quiet environment and "The owner's are very polite" ☺️
