Maharaja Ranjit Singh Municipal Library

What kind of library is this? It remain closed for most of the time. Libraries across the country remain open 24×7 but here in in pathankot it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and in weekdays it is open for few hours. Government has spent a huge amount of money in this library but what purpose does it solve when it is closed most of time. CCTVs are installed here. But what purpose does they solve? Nobody is monitoring the timing of staff. Doors are locked all the time and nobody bothers to watch progress of the same.

Please don't see the old review now the library is renovated and ready for the aspirants first best study place yes there is no such a special books but there is a space for study

Worst library ever visited... Opens only for 4 hours... Just a block of corruption... No authority to say anything to them... Open 9 and closses 12:30 for lunch break and then opens at 2 and closes at 3... 2 hours lunch break... Band kr do esi library ko... Kya krni nam ki library... I wish I could give zero star... Non cooperative staff as well...

The library has been renovated now.....must visit for study❤️

library should be opened for atleast 10 hours but here timings are very bad
