Library is spacious and with good sitting arrangement but the ac is off for most of the time . Fans are kept at low speed and last complete row suffers all the heat even at afternoon he switches it off . The caretaker of library doesn’t care about people who come there to study as he has given admission to people who does the typing and mouse clicking throughout which is very disturbing and when asked to do something about it , no actions were taken. Libraries/reading halls are meant to be a quiet place to study but for there commercial gain they are just stuffing people without providing the promised amenities. The toilets are not cleaned for a whole week sometimes for longer than a week .

One of d best library in Kolhapur. Zero noise ,well facilities like free Wi-Fi, RO purified water ,AC. And much more .....well staff for guidence..thank you....

Nice and spacious library. Good study environment. Helpful for Competitive Exam( Mpsc and Upsc ) aspirants. Rates are reasonable.
