I don't know why this place is so under-rated. It's in the heart of the city. Has a good library. Occasionally stores are set up. Exhibitions are organized. This place is a true landmark.

Very nice vintage building style, second floor mini auditorium simple and old is gold proud style but dont neat, give this auditorium in public. Public dont know this second floor auditorium
