Worst study hall in brodipet Very rude management He never care about students everytime he think how to save electricity. High price compare to other reading room's And light's,fan AC turn off automatically as and when the owner wishes , owner will not allow students to turn on fans , AC even light also Gud thing in study hall Spacious cabins that's it

I stayed for two years and had good friends and study memories. All the friends we have are students with goals and CA Aspirants. Good things: - 24 hours Availability - Spacious Balcony compared to other study rooms Bad Things: - High Prices compared to all other study halls. The following turns off automatically as and when the owner wishes to save power. - No lights - No proper A/c, - No Fans - Egoistic Ownership. Owner will not allow students to turn on fans or AC. It will be so suffocating inside the room with a strength of 100 students. The management keeps AC in fan mode with out keeping coolness to save energy. They have installed Smart plugs and connects wifi to it and turns of fans and lights and AC if the seats are not occupied. Always owner says as students are limited we have turned off. Why do all the students come at a time and study and entire seats will be filled? By saying that he will not allow any student to study peacefully and due to suffocation and low lights most of my friends who paid study hall fee in advance were unable to either leave study hall nor continoue & study in hostels. These days he even started quarreling on students when someone asks for lights. Even during exam times he has turned off lights after 10'PM claiming all will go to sleep. My suggestion is prefer other study halls nearby at best prices and friendly management. Dont get trapped by the ratings., most of them are years back which are of old management.

Nice place to study with out any distrubance. Services provided by management are very excellent.

Study ambiance is extremely good. providing all amenities with affordable pricing to all. Feasible timings , reading room is under CC T.V surveillance to provide better safety to everyone..especially management is very student friendly address all your problems in realtime.

Best infrastructure is available for Students those preparing for exams, but very poor maintenance by management of leo reading room. No cleanliness of floor the dust inside the room is equivalent to dust out side.we can't walk inside with out foot wear. Worst water is provided, weak facility of WI-FI, and no proper maintenance of A/C Timings

The only positive thing is timings without any restrictions, but there are many negatives out of which I can sum up some of them over here. 1.worst washroom maintenance, 2. No proper response for any problems mentioned to them. 3. No proper treatment of people,rude behaviour not even as a normal person (no special requirement of treating as professionals)
