Good maintains to compare with other reading room in gutur . Chanakya reading room one of the best preferrable to all CA, upsc, medical , and competitive students.

Best in brodipet, larger desk space compared to a lot of study halls, clean halls

Nice place to study with friends, great opportunity for meeting freinds

We can consider it as Good Reading room...!! But Just recently, heavy rains caused floods on the first floor three times. AC Maintenance is not upto level but AC timings are good...!! Little Wi-Fi issues & water issues ..!! Sometimes lift issue...!! Delay in Response & Solving the Issues...!! No proper protocol, some times students has to inform the issues...!!

Pros 1. Spacious cabins Cons 1. AC: There will always be an issue with AC, they will never switch it on time, but they will turn it off on time. They will never get their ACs repaired. Even though they turn it on we will never feel like it is turned on 2. Drinking water: No proper drinking water 3. Lift: there is a problem with lift it will never work when we require it. They'll try to turn it off always

Maintenance is not good.... Ac's are not working properly...feels like normal room temp.... Here, apart from Ground Floor without Fan can't live... No proper responses.... frequent distrubances.... Some part of study room space b/w two opp. cabins are very conjusted.... Be careful and check before while taking such cabins....
