This study hall is honestly one of the best places to focus. The owner is super kind and really considerate — always checking in and making sure everyone’s comfortable and has what they need. The place is fully air-conditioned, spotless, and has both quiet study rooms and separate discussion/dining areas. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, every desk has its own lamp, and there are even different types of chairs so you can pick what feels most comfortable for long hours. They’ve got RO-filtered drinking water, separate restrooms for males and females, and lockers for ₹100/month. Prices are very reasonable — ₹2100/month for 12 hours daily, or ₹100 a day (12 hrs) and ₹60 for 6 hrs. For the facilities you get, it’s totally worth it. Overall, it’s a clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully managed study space — run by an owner who genuinely cares about students’ comfort and productivity.

The 3rd Branch of Perfect study space/hall (near hopes) offers an excellent environment for focused and productive study sessions. The space is clean, well-organized, and quiet, making it easy to concentrate without any distractions. There are plenty of desks and comfortable seating options, and the overall atmosphere is calm and conducive to studying. Whether you need to study solo or dive into group work, it's a great place to stay focused and get things done. The add on amenities like greenery/plants, attached lockers with cabin lights etc. Are very convenient as well. I would highly recommend this place to help you reach your exam goals!!!

Well spacious and calm place to study. Fully furnished, comfortable cabins equipped with cabin lights and power sockets for each cabin. Distance is so close from Chinniyampalayam, personally feasible for me rather than travelling till Gandhipuram. Seperate non AC discussion room that's available which is comfortable to study when I don't feel like being in AC. Overall a well equipped and well maintained study hall.
