Subject: Frustrating experience – Avoid if you actually need to study ​I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this library. What should be a quiet place for productivity is instead a source of constant stress due to poor management and a hostile environment. ​Issues I encountered: ​Unprofessional Staff: The behavior of the managing staff is completely unacceptable. They are consistently rude, dismissive, and treat visitors like an inconvenience rather than patrons. ​Poor Climate Control: The AC is a total joke. They turn it on for barely 10 minutes before switching it off again, leaving the room stuffy and unbearable. It’s impossible to focus when you're sweating through your work. ​Unreliable Internet: Don't count on the Wi-Fi. It goes down at least once a week, often for extended periods, which is a massive setback if you are trying to do research or attend online classes. ​Toxic Environment: Between the bad attitudes of the staff and the lack of basic maintenance, the overall vibe is very negative. ​Verdict: There are much better places to study where the staff actually respects you and the facilities work. Save your time and money—do not come here.

If you are preparing for competative exams in Berhampur, This is the go to place. The owner is very polite and nice. Have very good knowledge on various topics. Do talk to him if you get time. The New Library located in prime place for students with very good collection of books ranging from subjects like history, politics ,current affairs, specialized subject books & many more.This library offers a very good place for students & people who want to sit back,read & study in a clean and nice ambience. This place mostly falls under Competitive, preparation, study, work desk genre.

New Library is one the best in berhampur city.This library provides a calm and conducive atmosphere, minimizing distractions that can hinder concentration.✌️

Very very worst Cleanness ❌ Hygiene ❌ This is one of the worst libraries in Berhampur. The AC runs for only 2 hours a day, and they refuse to turn it on at any other time, making it extremely uncomfortable. The toilet is filthy and never properly cleaned. They claim Thursday is a half-day for cleaning, but no cleaning actually happens. To make things worse, the food space is right in front of the toilet—completely unhygienic! The owner is extremely arrogant and doesn’t care about students’ complaints. Also, the 5-star reviews are clearly fake because they never mention anything specific about the library, just generic praise. Avoid this place if you’re serious about studying in a good environment.

If u are planning to join this library then let me tell you few things about this library . The AC is on only for 30 min 2 Times a day . You will feel suffocation throughout day . The washroom is totally a mess . The fees is has been increased from 600 to 700 without any notice . At 8.45 pm the librarian will tell you ,its time to close the library . No library in berhampur have holiday but this library is off for Thursday from 2.30 pm . Owner live in 2nd floor and you will hear their quarrel. . Now if you are a little self conscious then you will think a 100 time before joining this library . And all the positive reviews which are 5star and only talk about the good part, they are promotional .

In Berhampur Worst Library Experience This is one of the worst libraries in Berhampur. The AC runs for only 2 hours a day, making it extremely uncomfortable to study. The washroom is filthy and never cleaned properly. The owner is rude and closes the library before the scheduled time. Even on Thursdays, which are supposed to be cleaning days, nothing is cleaned—not even a speck of dust. To make things worse, the eating space is right in front of the toilet, which is unhygienic and disgusting. Definitely not worth the money!
