Best library I have ever been too. They have provided with amazing facilities such as individual cubical with light , footrest. The room is fully air conditioned. They have the perfect atmosphere for one to study all day. A big thumbs up, don't hesitate to visit..

Best environment for study, enough space, good staff. Provides the best facilities.. (RO water , Fully Ac, Free Wifi , News paper, Clean Washroom , Separate Space for lunch and Dinner,........Etc.) Excellent Library in Bilaspur...

Asha library is one of the best library in bilaspur...the peaceful environment for study...there is no disturbance anymore...along with this the facility they provide is much better like water, air conditioner and sanitation ...owner of the library has polite behaviour and he helps us in study also

No one is perfect in the world and efficiency can't be achieved 100% so every institute has some prose and cons ..let me discuss one by one . Prose- 1. Nice and peaceful environment for reading 2. Enough space to keep the books and other things if u want more space then locker is there with some extra charges. 3.RO water is available and freezer is also there so you can get cold water also. 4. Fully air conditioning room equiped with wall and ceiling fans... Cons- 1. Not opened for 24*7 timing is 7am to 10pm all day... 2.some time u may fill hot because a.c. will not On through out a day.. 3. The major issue I ever faced in this reading room is when... students are less then they shilft the all students in single room most of students feel panic to Change their seat. Conclusion- as per my point of view one of the best reading room near by Gandhi Chowk area...idk about other places reading room..

1.The library owner cum Director is using abusive language with me then I left it . 2.the facility they promise they are not providing specially cooling problem leads to Health issue of students. 3. Owner changes to indecent once get payment from students in bulk 4. Drinking water facility is poor #using expired filter#unhealthy for student 5. Boys toilet urinal drain is damaged #poor maintenance 6. Frequent disconnect to power #no inverter facility#not safe for student in evening in such case as lib is in 3rd floor

Best library of bilaspur...They provide very peaceful environment to study..The staff people are very much polite and friendly....All the terms and conditions are cleared by them before admissions , so that future disputes can be avoided...All the facilities are provided here, in good condition...

It's Best Library in Gandhichowk Area ,Nice Study room,Fuly Ac , Free wifi and Both Light room n Dark room facilities The Owner Ankit Bhiya is So polite in nature.
