I am appalled by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior displayed by the receptionist during my recent visit. He responded to my request for assistance with a loud, abrasive tone and used harsh language, making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. This behavior is inexcusable and has no place in a public institution. Libraries should be safe and welcoming spaces, and it's shocking that a service position would act in such an offensive manner. I hope the library administration takes immediate action to address this issue to ensure no one else endures such treatment. Until then, I cannot recommend this library to anyone.
