Not Recommended. 0/5 Stars. • Bad behaviour of the owner. • Didn't return my security deposit even when I notified the staff beforehand. • Dirty Toilet. • ACs were operated only for a few hours during the afternoon. (Afternoon slots are mostly given to high paying clients). • Female receptionist was okay but the male owner is arrogant. • A lot of chairs have issues (broken, bend support, etc). • Unnecessary "Demo charges". • Cubicle size is very small. I suggest youngsters to study in their PG/Rooms. Avoid these private libraries, they are nothing but pure business. These shouldn't be called a library, these are rented cubicles. I highly suggest youngsters to find government run libraries, they have books, low fee, good community and are not there to rip you off.

The library has best facility with ac,wifi and water cooler and the sitting area is very comfortable and the main part the atmosphere of the library is very good. And cooling is very high and good. You will not feel warm at all and the management and system are very cooperative and good and even very friendly and supportive .

Very good study place of Bhilai city which is near of various colleges. Here anybody can study and read the magazines and hindi english newspaper at free of cost at that place only. There is also very nominal charge for paid membership in the library for all aspirants. Nice place for peace study environment.

The library present in Bhilai is a very good platform for studies, here you can study well, there is provision of Wi-Fi, seats and water etc. for studies. Study the environment here. Will be grateful

Very good initiative...you will get the best service in this library. Fully air condition separate washroom for girls nd boys & high speed wifi internet connection...also a separate study lamp attached to each table..

it has very good studies environment.perfect place for berojgars . anyone can easily give 8-10 hr for self study with plesent effort. even by coming to this place your aspirational level increases.☺️
