Too small for a study room when we think about a study room we expect a large place with quite surroundings but this place does not meet these conditions Also there is no emergency exit This room is in the basement because of this there is no sunlight and fresh air access But there are plus points also First, fees is less compared others Second, in summer season temperature inside is very good people who study here tell that they have to switch off A.C
