So it’s been a month I have been visiting this place for my yoga class. And the sir there Dr Dinesh. He is an excellent yoga teacher and he not only guides you for yoga asanas but also helps us try some ayurvedic practices. The ambience of the class is very very positive. I can feel so much difference in my body since I have joined here. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to start their yoga journey.

As the place is aptly named-it will ensure Purna Ojas for the individual. The place has a peaceful, positive, full of life vibe. Dr. Dinesh is experienced, calm, receptive and accurate. Other staff members are cordial as well. The whole emphasis of Dr. Dinesh’s approach is to work on the root cause of the problem, with minimum medicine and focus on lifestyle changes aiming for sustainable solution. A delight to have discovered this place. A beneficial place for those believing in Ayurveda.

I don't have enough words to thanks Dr. Dinesh Sharma. He has cured my arthritis of 40 years. A very calm & positive person, the place has a peaceful & therapeutic aura.

I got female potli massage from Gudiya and my husband got Shirodhara and father got a simple massage from Arun (think that’s what his name is). All of us were very satisfied with the technique and service. Dr. Sharma is pleasant to talk to and is very knowledgeable of his craft. The front office staff (Akash) is very responsive and helpful and the masseuse are pretty deft at their jobs. All in all, an awesome experience. Go here and you’ll not get disappointed.

It's been a month since I joined the yoga classes here. I had some chronic cervical related issues which I discussed with the yoga instructor Dr. Dinesh Sharma sir. He's always there to help you out with whatever issues you come up with. I love the vibe and energy of this place. After a month now, I can definitely feel the change in my body.
