We had a wonderful experience with KLAY. The environment is very warm, safe, and child-friendly. My baby joined when he was just 7 months old, and being an extrovert who loves observing people, making eye contact, and smiling, he truly enjoyed being there every single day. Not once did he cry while going to the creche, which itself speaks volumes. He had a great time playing and interacting, and I noticed a positive improvement in his eating habits as well. What I really appreciated was that there was absolutely no force-feeding. Parents are allowed to customise schedules completely — whether it’s feeding windows, diaper routines, sleep cycles, or even medicines. Every small detail is discussed and noted in advance to ensure the child’s comfort. Even now, I can feel that he genuinely misses going there. That emotional connection and happiness say everything about the care and love he received. I’m truly grateful for the support and nurturing environment provided here.
