Customer service was not satisfactory. Took our kids to the place. One of our kid got injured and feeling worse on his right hand. Other kids parents were consoling him and examining on his would, when I was sharing about injury to the owner that person was least bothered. He was cooling stating that there might be no chances of getting hurt to the kid as they were equiped with the foam on floor. Am explaining him that while he was using the rolling pin he felt down and got hurt. In frustrated state initially took the kid out of the game and was checking with his pain. My first impression about this place is very bad. Might be the owner have tensions and have other personal works but when it come to an paid service he/she must be attentive to the customer. In beginning he requested for photos, and when I asked him whether he have inshare so transferring photos, he has no patience on what I was saying and he was replying something else. Then after explaining for photos he said he will share through what's app. His way of response was bit irritating. We are paying for what service they are providing. So please try to correct these. It's common human things.

One of the worst ever.. No proper management and teachers are not caring and they switch on TV mostly and complain to us that the student s asking for remote.. They din take proper efforts to feed even the snacks v provide.. I shifted my child to another play school where she done everything within a month.. Waste of money in choosing this play school .. Dont fall for the brand.Even after stopping them they call monthly and ask for payment this shows their dedication level without asking the reason for absence..
