i wonder y Preschool and Daycare

Iam extremely happy with I wonder y Preschool and Daycare.The environment is very clean and hygienic and every child receives individual attention and care. The teachers are amazing.they teach in such a fun and creative way that makes learning enjoyable and educational at the same time. The school also has great ground and sports activities, which my daughter absolutely loves. My kid is always excited and happy to go to school every day. Ihave noticed a big improvement in communication, confidence, and overall positivity. When I first enrolled my daughter as a Parent I was so so worried but Pearly ma’am told me like, We will take care of your child like our own..this line gave me lot of confidence, strength to send my daughter to school and they have truly gone above and beyond to prove that. For my daughter this school has become like a second home. All the teachers and supporting staff are very kind, patient, and loving. Iam also very impressed with their daycare, theycreate such a homely, comfortable environment where kids are well cared for and engaged with fun activities. The staff genuinely treat the children like their own. I’m so thankful to my friend who recommended this school to me. It’s truly a wonderful place that gives attention and love to every single child. My overall experience with the play school and its founder, Ms. Riddhi, has been mixed. While the facility itself is clean and hygienic, and my son attended the day care for nearly two years, my experience regarding ethics and transparency was disappointing. At the time of admission, a caution deposit of ₹3,000 was collected. When I requested a refund, it was refused on the grounds that the original handwritten receipt was mandatory. Although it was acknowledged that the school maintains internal records of such payments, the refund was still denied due to the non-availability of the physical slip. I found this approach unfair and unethical. In many formal institutions—such as banks or schools—there are established procedures to process refunds even if a receipt is misplaced, subject to verification and formalities. Unfortunately, no such flexibility was shown in this case. Apart from this issue, the day care environment itself was satisfactory. However, this experience significantly impacted my overall trust and impression.

I Wonder Y Play School is a fantastic place for early learning. The faculty is very good – warm, patient, and genuinely caring. The school has a lovely ground where kids can play and enjoy outdoor activities, which adds so much to their daily routine. My child loves going to school every day, and I can see a positive change in their confidence and communication skills.
