applied for a job through North Kashmir Overseas after being assured that the entire process would be completed within 45 days. Based on this assurance, I agreed to proceed. I was first asked to pay a 725,000 registration fee, which I paid. After a few days, they demanded the remaining amount, and I paid the full amount as asked. Now, nearly three months have passed, and there is absolutely no progress in my job process. What is even more disturbing is that after receiving the full payment, they stopped responding. They do not answer phone calls, and there is no proper communication or accountability. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly warn everyone: do not pay any amount upfront or at any stage to North Kashmir Overseas until the entire process is completed and confirmed. Once they receive the money, they simply ignore your calls and messages. Please be very careful and do not fall into the same situation.
