One of my worst nightmare's i have submitted my documents and requested to start my process for Australia and the lady at this office has collected all the documents and promised me the offer letter. I have clearly informed her that i have two dependants my wife and my kid and she confirmed that i should be able to travel along with them. After more than a month she said she is trying for offer letter and at the end she didn't kept her promise and didn't even answer my calls when i tried to contact her she said she is unable to process because i have dependants.. What a myth why did she even promised when she cannot help me and she wasted my time and energy for no good.. My suggestion is to completely remove this consultancy from your list of choices..
