I initially spoke with the consultant Manisha R and a Senior Manager at Y-Axis, both of whom spoke very highly of my profile and assured me that I had a good chance of securing a sponsored job in the UK. Based on this assurance, I opted for their 24-week service, paying over INR 1 lakh. Once the services began, my job search was handled by their central team in Hyderabad. Unfortunately, the quality of service was poor from the start, with repeated negligent errors such as applying for irrelevant roles, missing suitable jobs, mistakes in external emails, and incorrect profile creation. There was not a single error-free week. Despite multiple emails, calls, and escalations, the issues did not improve. I therefore requested the services to be stopped after 12 weeks. I then requested a refund for: 1) The unused 12 weeks of services, which I never availed, and 2) The first 12 weeks of substandard services, which were riddled with errors and failed to deliver even a single interview. However, Y-Axis is offering less than 30% refund, limited only to unused services. Even after sharing detailed evidence, they continue to refuse the remaining refund, citing the signed agreement and the "no job guarantee" clause. I understand that jobs are not guaranteed, but this cannot justify inaccurate assurance and consistently poor service quality. A company that claims to provide top-notch services yet fails to secure even one interview in 12 weeks speaks volumes about its actual standards. *I have also added a screenshot of one of my many mails to them highlighting the issues.

So the bottom line of my feedback is all the negative reviews are genuine and please do not enrol here at any cost if you truly value your money and time. Here is the detailed version : 4 months back I signed up for overseas job search program which is currently on going under process, first impression will be very assuring they will as you to take a CV review for the country you choose (by paying 4000-4500/-) and will show you unreal and utterly false and misleading dreams on how eligible you are to get a job in the country you are opting for, ultimately you will fall for it and if you take more time they will call you not less than 4 times a day to take followups for payment till you end up paying over 1 lack rupees just to hear not even a single time in 4 months from any of the recruiter. Yes they never guarantee you a job they just market your CV give access to their portal (which no one else in the entire world knows about). They will pretend as if they are applying everywhere, send you weekly reports everything will be done timely but no single employer will approach you. So my question here is why to scan the CV and show false hopes. If your poor system cannot even assure a single shortlisting and a single interview cannot be arranged then on what basis Y axis charges 1.5 lack. That’s just looting. Please people I request everyone to stay away from here because in first case if your CV is strong enough you can apply yourself in various organisations and get selected and if you’re less experienced and not a perfect fit then start working somewhere and earn some experience rather than approaching them. I started my process in Baner, Pune in July 2025. I think they’ve shut down here now. Stay away and stay safe!

My husband was cheated by Y-Axis regarding Australian PR. Initially, they gave false hopes and assured that he has strong points for Permanent Residency. Based on their promises, he took a loan and paid them a huge amount. Later, they completely changed their stance and said he is eligible only for Temporary Residency, and shockingly they counted only 2.5 years of his experience out of 18 years! This is a clear case of fraud, misrepresentation and mental harassment. Y-Axis is misguiding people with false promises only to extract money. They don’t care about the financial loss, mental stress and broken trust of their clients. My husband is now suffering because of their fake assurances. I strongly warn others – please don’t fall into their trap. Do not trust Y-Axis. They make tall claims to get money, but later deny everything and leave you helpless. A company like this should be held accountable for cheating and exploiting people’s dreams."
