Extremely disappointed with Y-Axis and their so-called overseas job assistance service. I had enrolled and paid the amount mentioned by them for job opportunities in Dubai after being assured that they had connections with 100+ companies and would arrange at least 10 interviews during the service period. But the truth? Not even one single interview came through them — not one email, not one call. Even after the service period expired, they said companies might still reach out since my profile would stay active. It’s been months, and there has been absolutely no response at all. What’s worse is that when I applied on my own (without Y-Axis), I at least received one or two interviews. After joining them, I got zero. So, what exactly did I pay for? Just to do the same thing I could do for free? Their response to my complaint was nothing but excuses — saying "it depends on employers" and that they "reached out to 450+ companies." But they couldn’t provide any proof of these efforts or explain why not even a single company responded. This experience feels like a total waste of money and time. If this is the kind of "support" they offer, I’d strongly suggest others think twice before trusting Y-Axis with your hard-earned money.

am writing this as a public alert. I connected with Y-Axis in 2023, specifically with Mr. Haris Jameel, for a Schengen visa appointment. He promised an appointment within 2 months upon payment. However, after paying, Alok Pandey informed me it would take 4 to 6 months. I requested a refund but never received it. I made over 100 calls and sent many messages, but they were ignored by both Haris and the manager. I have all the chats and receipts as proof, but still no refund. Very bad experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Y-Axis, especially with Rubini (Ruby) from the Coimbatore branch. She is extremely professional, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Ruby patiently answered all my questions, guided me step by step, and made everything much easier to understand. Her dedication and timely follow-ups really stood out. Very very poor communication and literally no response from the team especially Bharathi Raja. . I applied for a Italy visa confiming that y Axis will get an visa appointment in short time or it's a refund. He agreed it's a refund and don't take any actions. It's been 15 days and he is not responding to any of my calls. The worst experience ever! I hope someone higher levels from y Axis sees this and take the actions accordingly. Not worth to even give one star. !
