I had a very bad and disappointing experience with this ageny regarding my study abroad application to Latvia. I paid them ₹80,000 total out of which they clearly stated ₹50,000 was refundable if I failed the university interview, and ₹30,000 was non-refundable. They also promised that if I didn’t clear the interview, they would suggest another university without asking for any additional payment. I trusted their words and followed all the procedures. Unfortunately, I did not clear the interview, and as per their own policy, I requested a refund of ₹50,000 or an alternative university. Shockingly, they backtracked completely — they asked for more money for another university and later refused to return my refund. I have been calling and following up for months, but they have now stopped responding altogether. I haven’t received a single rupee back, and this experience has put me in financial stress and debt. This consultancy is completely unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest. They made promises just to take my money and then vanished when things didn’t go their way. I strongly urge other students and parents to be very careful. Please do not fall into the same trap I did.
