NEVER HIRE A LOCATIONLESS AGENCY! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Yocket. The quality and responsiveness of the Sales team is fantastic, but the counselors are far below acceptable. As a working professional traveling over 110 km daily, I don’t have the time to chase counselors and ask them to do their job. Keep in mind, Yocket is a fully work-from-home setup. While one would be up at 2 AM trying to write an SOP during peak periods, your counselors would be on international hippy holidays, leaving you completely clueless about the next steps. I have never talked to my editor, and believe me, I have tried. If you’re planning to waste time and settle for a basic course—which everyone jumps towards in the dream of moving to another country—maybe this service will work for you. But honestly, so would anyone else. If you’re looking for a specialized course and genuinely want to make something out of your life, be ready for them to take three months to send you four options. And the biggest warning: If you are a working professional who needs clear guidance, timely communication, and regular updates, DO NOT choose Yocket. The Earth will rotate 60 times before you receive three irrelevant university links that don’t match what you asked for. You are paying for the UX of the application and the AWS server it runs on, not the counselors. Definitely not worth the stress. Fun fact- The councilor which was assigned to me left the company 1 month into my subscription, I had to reach out myself to get a new one assigned.

YOCKET.............. From where I have to start, my counsellor, ma'am, helped me start from my resume to booking my flight tickets. I don’t know about the entire Yocket, but by god's grace, I got the best counsellor. Yes, I can say I got the best counsellor, because she was available in the morning, afternoon, evening, and even at midnight. She tries to give her best when it comes to the application procedure and everything. For me personally, the most mesmerising thing was that my counsellor helped me even during the holidays. But it wasn't the same with other teams, like the Yocket visa team. She not only helped me with the application work, but also she used to put a lot of positive thoughts throughout the entire process. Right now, I am in Germany just because of her guidance, support and positivity, though my visa got delayed. I am grateful for her. I am giving 4/5 to the Yocket just because of my counsellor and the finance team. I hope Yocket will recognise her hard work and the genuine efforts. By the way, my counsellor is Shree Dharani Guruswami, ma'am. To the people who are reading my review, I would like to tell you one thing: currently, YOCKET IS THE BEST (except the visa team). Paid for Yocket Premium. Received incorrect DS-160 guidance from counselor Meenu Dhama, which directly caused me to lose ₹16,000 in visa fees and my visa appointment slot. When escalated, support representatives Sunil Kadam and later Hitesh Panchal deflected responsibility and denied reimbursement despite recorded evidence clearly showing incorrect guidance. Premium pricing, amateur advice, and zero accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding Yocket Premium.

With a heavy heart I am giving this review. I am writing this review after almost a year of continuous stress, financial loss, time wasted, and complete mismanagement by Yocket Mumbai. I genuinely don’t know how they have so many positive reviews because my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. 1. False Promises at the Start At the time of payment, I was promised: Full support from their counsellors Guidance for university selection Help with documentation, interviews, and application timelines None of this was delivered. 2. Counsellors With No Understanding of My Profile Despite clearly explaining my profession and preference for clinical practice (Occupational Therapy/healthcare), they kept suggesting: Irrelevant courses Non-partnered colleges Universities not recognised by immigration pathways Only management-related programs Every time I asked for a suitable clinical course, they had no idea how to help. 3. Delayed Responses & Zero Follow-up My "primary counsellor" kept changing multiple times. Each new person: Had no idea about my previous progress Didn’t understand my field Made repeated errors in my documents Never followed up with universities Blamed me instead of taking responsibility I had to chase them continuously through emails, messages, and calls — most of which were never answered. 4. Yocket Failed to Submit or Follow Up on Key Documents There were several incidents where: My applications were submitted late Pre-CAS interviews were not scheduled on time Police verification documents were submitted almost 1 month late Universities informed me directly that "pre-checks were not done by Yocket" I had to contact universities on my own to fix issues caused by Yocket This directly affected my deadlines and admission chances. 5. I Missed Important Interviews Due to Their Negligence Yocket scheduled pre-CAS and spot-process interviews very late. In one case, I wasn’t even informed on time, and I missed it. No one took responsibility. 6. Emotional Stress & Lost Intake Because of constant delays from Yocket: I lost my Sept 2025 intake They told me to restart the entire process again I was even told to "drop Canada and switch to UK" randomly Months of effort and money went completely wasted 7. Zero Accountability & No Refund When I asked for a refund due to their poor service: They stopped responding My email was ignored No manager contacted me They kept blaming each other internally 8. Overall Experience My journey with Yocket was full of: ❌ incorrect guidance ❌ miscommunication ❌ delayed submissions ❌ unread emails ❌ untrained counsellors ❌ lack of transparency ❌ zero professionalism This entire experience cost me: Money An entire academic year Stress Time lost at work Missed opportunities ⭐ Final Verdict: Not Recommended I strongly advise students to research properly before trusting Yocket Mumbai. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope no student goes through this unnecessary stress and loss.

I had an amazing experience with Yocket during my entire study abroad journey. My primary counsellor, Monika, was incredibly supportive from the very first day, right from shortlisting universities, guiding me through the SOP and application process, to preparing me for the visa interview. I highly recommend Yocket and especially Monika to anyone planning to study abroad, their process is smooth, transparent, and genuinely student-friendly.

Total scam—avoid!" Never pay to yocket they are the worst get the money and they don't do the work never ever pay to them go some other consultancy with my experience I am saying they all tell onething do one don't trust them I was extremely exhausted by their services with these services why they have a positive response i don't know they all are fake never pay them ask them they can refund all the things before paying them
