Iam a German student in Eagle academy Thrissur.Our German tutors are really brilliant and they conduct Exam every week to mark our growth.Quality classes, experienced faculty everything was just super.I recommend all of you.... if you want to study oet, ielts,german don't think twice go to Eagle educational consultancy Thrissur

My own experience in this academy was really wonderful, because the method of teaching was very nice and even the faculty is having better knowledge to guide students in various ways.All the doubts are clarified in an easier way. I think this is the best IELTS Centre for people who are interested in learning. I thank each and everyone in this academy for the guidance and support . special thanks to mr. Arun the caption of the ship for your polite attitude and behavior to students.

I am a student from Thrissur academy ,I just finished my B1 class and they provide excellent german classes.Highly talented and professional german tutors, then they also making weekly exams. Life changing Acadamy.

This is worst academy which I ever seen. I have opted to take the one month online OET training and also I paid the amount. But it didnot become worth for me. During the demo session the trainer will give excellent introduction, but after that there won’t be any Co ordination, and trainer doesn’t not have any time sense. According to the trainer timings we should be available. Just I wasted my one month of time spending here. The worst thing is the Egle academy is not responsible for anything, just they need the money, once the amount paid then there won’t be any proper guidance. No one Is there to bother whether the trainer are providing proper classes!!!! Even after informing the authorities.. Guys if you are really interested to study then look for some other institutions who is ready to give better services, this is not the right place for learning. Do not waste your time, future as well as money.

Mrs.Daina was very professional. done all the paper works (data flow) exam booking and all perfectly . She carefully listene to my needs and helped me to find exactly what we were looking for."....thnq team.

Excellent IELTS and OET training centre at manglore

@Arun-- This is the worst academy that we have seen so far. Manager Arun don't have capabilities to behave to his students in well manner. I have send an escalation mail to Arun before a few weeks back. But till now i have not received any reply email from him, Instead of replying in a professional manner he blocked me in whats app and from his contacts. Hence i request Arun to revert me back for my email in a professional way ---- "Dear Mr. Arun, Good Evening. Hope you are doing well. Myself Manuel. Writing this email on behalf of Divya. As you know that she had joined in Eagle academy for studying her IELTS course on14/10/2020. She had opted for an unlimited package and paid Rs 12,000/- on the day itself via bank transfer. But at the day of joining and paying the fees, Eagle Acadamy has not disclosed about the clause "Fees once paid will not be refunded". We had been following with you for many days for getting the payment receipts of the amount which we paid 12,000. Most of the days it seems like you are hiding from her while asking the receipts. Finally, even after lots of followups from our side, you had issued us the receipts after a month. Same time we had noticed the clause which mentioned on the receipt - "Fees once paid will not be refunded". If Eagle Academy could have to say us earlier about the the fees paid will not going to refund, we shall not going to release the full payment. Because we all know this is the pandemic time and we cannot assure anything about the future. Unfortnatly she cannot go ahead with the classes due to her leg injury which has happened while staying at Mangalore. I had personally requested her to come back to Cochin because of this issue. She had even tried to adjust with the online classes, but due to unstable network it will not going to work on her side. As she can't able to focus this. This is the ultimate reason what we had requested you for a refund after deduction of the 13 classes payment from our earlier paid amount. But on the other side, you are giving her a deaf ear. We had send you multiple messages everyday. But you are not replying or at least acknowledging for any messages. This not seems a professional attire from your side. Even i had also send you multiple reminders about the same subject in your whats app. But result is same. No response from your end. She also informed me that you asked her to bring you some reference for helping you to build your business while she asked about the fees refund. May i know is the level of service which people are excepting from your organisation. Also, you informed her the paid fees has been transferred to your partner and now it's cannot be refundable. Would like to remind you here that, we had paid fees to Eagle Acadamey. We don't want to hear anything from your partner. Also we are not interested to avail any further education service from Eagle Acadamy. So as I'm not mistaken i have the full right to ask for the reimbursement for the service which Eagle has not ended to us. Because the aamount which we paid is 3-4 times higher than the actual service which You had rented to her. Also Eagle has not disclosed about the statement "Fees once paid will not be refunded" at the time of joining or even while paying the fees. Issued us the receipts well delayed after a month. All of these points leads us to a better conclusion that Eagle Academy has cheated us intentionally during this Corona time without disclosing the proper and precise information. Hence I'm requesting you to please revert me back at the earliest when we can expect the refund from your side. And how much amount you can able to refund us. Will be waiting to hear from you positively before we are going for a further esclanation regarding the said subject. Kind Regards Manuel Jacob"
