absolutely disgusting and dissapointing. all glorious promises on the day you strike the deal and then 0 follow ups, 0 service. they owe us 50000 rupees. we were promised 7 public universities and 3 semi private universities, in the following 8 months all we received were 3 semi private universities only. none of the universities which were our first preference. this is a huge scam. please don't approach this company if you actually want results. absolutely sickening that such scams take place in broad daylight now!

I've gotten into Schmalkalden University for ba mechatronics. These guys have helped me a lot. They have an amazing team and work really well with the customer. I had a different and a unique situation to go to Germany which they realised and did the process really well. They have good communication which can be improved on. The only problem I had was with the communication. It was not enough. Sometimes emails can take up to days or just a few hours. There wasn't enough communication for me to understand what process or problems we were facing from the Universities. They were using another email(company email to communicate with University as the student) but I had little to no idea what emails the University was sending me. Only the important emails were communicated. I wish the communication was more frequent and detailed. Other than that ranging from applications to accomodation and pick up, everything was great. They have good people here in Germany that are ready to help you as soon as you land. They also help a lot with visas and the process. Thanks
