I am preparing for my IELTS academic exam from this prestigious centre and overall it is a very good experience. The location is extremely convenient — just a few minutes’ way from the my hometown which reduced my stress on test day. The test centre itself is clean, well-maintained, and has good seating and lighting. Staff are very professional and friendly: they explain the whole process clearly and makr sure everyone understood test regulations clearly. During the listening test, the headphones are mostly good, though I feel the volume could have been slightly higher in one slot. But the test environment is quiet, which help me to concentrate. If I am supposed to suggest one improvement: the headphone quality could be improved (better noise cancellation).. But overall, I strongly recommend this centre for anyone looking for a professionally run, reliable IELTS testing centre."
